"Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. "I was very underwhelmed by this property for a Hilton branded hotel. Staff was far from pleasant and not accommodating. Beds were uncomfortable. After being in a meeting all day on Monday. I came back to my room which I’ve been cleaned by my request, and there was water splattered all over the floor in the bathroom for when they cleaned the bathtub and shower and there was still water in the tub from when they cleaned it. On my next trip to Gainesville I will definitely look at other...

"This was a good option while traveling with my small dog. The small bar was wonderful for a glass of wine and a snack and Ken is the best! So pet friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
