"I loved the stay at the resort, and will be going back for sure. I stayed with my parents in the village loft chalet, which provided a nice bedroom downstairs for them and then upstairs I had the loft with its own bathroom and shower, which was great. And they had their own en suite bathroom too. ..."

"The gate to the property was locked and no one answered the phone so we could not stay here even though we had a paid/confirmed reservation. I am in the process of trying to get a refund."
