"Excellent bathroom, excellent room, located right next to a bus station and multiple supermarkets which was excellent for day trips and traveling. Cons: no fridge in room and no kettle or ways of making coffee. Breakfast was expensive in hotel so it made way more sense to run to the supermarkets for coffee and breakfast."

"Beautiful hotel with character and charm! Great views and a wonderful garden area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of prosecco. Complimentary beverages upon arrival and during the day were a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night so we had a regular room which was still fantastic and very clean. You can tell that details are important to the staff and the management. There is also luggage storage available. Not a far walk from anywhere."

"A very good stay. The staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the AC worked well. The only reason not a 5 star stay is the room wasn’t immaculate and the bed sheet was stained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here though. Very convenient to get into old town, great breakfast and nice room."

"Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

"Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und groß genug für 2 Erwachsenen und ein Kind der auf einen gemütlichen Schrankbett schlafen könnte. Nettes Personal, reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück. Hotel Zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut erfüllt, ich empfehle das Hotel jeder der in Schwaz übernachten möchte."

"This was our first night in mainland Europe. The rooms have a loft, full bed upstairs, single downstairs. One full bath downstairs. Half bath upstairs. Wonderful space as we were traveling with family of six (adult children) two rooms were perfect. Underground parking garage across from hotel. Lovely pizza place nearby for dinner. Walkable to everything."

"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff.
