"Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Heath was overall okay, but there were several issues that made our visit more difficult than expected.
One concern was the lights in the parking lot and the pool area, which were constantly flickering during our stay. This was noticeable at night and made the parking lot feel less comfortable than it should have.
When booking, we clearly stated that we were traveling with children and included their ages. We were placed on the third floor, which I personally didn’t mind, but it became challenging because my children received noise complaints after 9 PM, even for normal kid activity like walking around or accidentally dropping something. I understand that noise complaints aren’t entirely the hotel’s fault, but we were later told that next time we should let them know we have children so we can be placed on the first floor—even though that information was already included in our reservation.
Another issue was with the bathroom showers. Both rooms I booked had showers that were stuck on shower mode, meaning there was no option to run a bath. Since I have small children who cannot take showers yet, this made things especially difficult. In addition, in my room, the hot and cold water in the shower were switched, and we were not informed of this at check-in, which caused confusion at"

6/10 Okay
"The bathroom sink leaked and the tub didn’t drain well. The water pressure wasn’t that great and the water didn’t get that hot. Other than that it was good. "
"Clean. Safe neighborhood. Nice staff. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, cold coffee, waffles, juice. We could see light under our door and around the frame. Heard people in the hall, in the next room, and in the room above we heard kids running around. Would never stay here again. "
"The pool was full as the hotel was sold out BUT everyone was friendly and the kids had a blast. The pool staff & laundry team worked hard to keep up with clean towel demand but they did it! The staff was prepared for the large crowd at breakfast; it was more than a continental offering. The rooms were clean and simple--exactly what we needed for our family outing. This place is a little gem for families with small children for a quick reprieve from daily grind."
"Definitely recommend!! This was one of the best choices I’ve made during our travels! This place is amazing!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant! The town was so quaint with a great pub with great food! Everyone was so friendly! Definitely would like to go back!"
