Not worth the money. Matera is beautiful and unique, very worthing visiting. But the hotel itself was below our expectation, with such an expensive room rate. It is 2 minutes away from the main square and getting into Sassi. 10/10 if you're looking for a place close to the tourist attractions, but don't want to drag your bags through the stairs of the Sassi.
