"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. "Staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you have a car, you need to put your hazards in and temporarily double park to drop off heavy bags, but plenty of parking lots nearby…reception guided us well on that. Breakfast at 20 euro was a great deal and excellent, and service was excellent. Just an 18 minute walk to the promenade."

"Perfect central location and ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. I would suggest some mirrors around the apartment (there is only one smallish mirror in the bathroom) and a stand up shower is needed (we all had to have baths as the shower flooded the bathroom floor) I would recommend this apartment."
