We stayed here for 2 separate nights at the start and end of our visit to Rwanda. Transport was waiting for us at the airport and took us swiftly to the hotel. We were decamped for the first night to an annex due to the hotel being full - this was ok but a bit of a time warp as it was an older building. Traveller from the UK. Overall this hotel is clean and comfortable but in need of a lick of paint and some new decor. However the staff really make you feel welcome, and were friendly to talk to and a good source of information for where to go in Kigali. As an example of how great I found the staff I'd ike to mention 3 people in particular who made my stay a good one. Firstly the housekeeper Valen who cleaned my room everyday.
