Britannia Hotel Manchester
Handrail on entranceneeded cleaned. Had used brasso but no wiped it off so hands were black with dirt. Hotel lounge bar was closed, the adjoining bar closed at 10 and didnt let an 18yr old in whohad no ID

Location is very good, bed is extremely comfy and everything was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly, we cannot wait to stay again.
