Lakeside King room was comfortable and had a nice view. Steps leading to 2nd floor were not lit and are dangerous. Restaurant apparently cannot handle more then 3 orders at a time, as this was the reason given for the delay in our meal, which in the end was flavourless and contained the wrong items. Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot Chocolate in the lobby at nighttime as well. Thank you for a great stay!
