"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"Wir haben uns im Staudacher Hof sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Spa konnten wir uns gut erholen. Es war ein Rundum guter Urlaub, zu bemerken ist nur, dass die Anlage mal wieder in Refresh benötigt. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. Das Personal war bemüht aber ich habe dieses ,,Deutsch“ nicht verstanden und mein „Deutsch“ wurde auch schlecht verstanden. Beim Abendessen wurden wir von einem höflichen leicht verständlichen Oberkellner ins a la cart Restaurant gebracht und an einen Tisch gesetzt. Dort wurden wir dann von der Kellnerin belehrt dass wir reservieren hätten müssen und dieser Tisch normal vergeben ist … Die Rezeption bei welcher ich uns aber...

"Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very cute and our balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains. The location was great and close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and in addition to the buffet options, they include table side service with made to order dishes as well. Definitely recommend. "

"Insgesamt durchschnittlich für den Preis. Für Familien okay, Singles und Paare sind in den anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels am See besser aufgehoben! Spa, Anlage alles mittelmäßig im Preissegment, kein Ausreißer nach oben. Positiv hervorzuheben war das freundliche Frühstückspersonal. "
