"We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

"- J'ai réservé d un hôtel bidon l entrée de l immeuble sale les escaliers aussi d une part d autre part l entrée le hôtel sale aussi pourtant j'ai vu le photo sur le site un balcon dont sur le boulevard. - Le personnel un jeune aucun éducation et en plus nerveux son comportement bizarre. - j'ai quitté le lieu parce que j'ai senti que je ne suis pas en sécurité."
