De locatie is goed. De kitchenette is goed.het incheck met code is goed. Eetgelegenheden in de omgeving is goed communicatie was goed. Bedden waren goed. Prijs en kwaliteit.Wat minder goed is dat er overal stof lag, niet goed schoongemaakt is . Keuken was niet super schoon. Gehorig maar dat heb je met oude gebouwen.

Goede locatie, mooi appartement. Helaas ging de douche steeds van koud naar warm. Het koffieapparaat paste niet in het stopcontact en er was geen waterkoker. Wat erg vervelend was is dat wij s’nachts steeds wakker werden van het licht op de gang (onder bewoners) omdat de wand van de gang naar het appartement (douche en dus slaapkamer) bestaat uit melkglas waar al het licht vanuit de gang doorheen komt en dwars in de slaapkamer schijnt. Daar zou ik echt iets aan doen!

Прекрасная, очень красивая и уютная квартира, отличные локация и сервис. Очень приятно было получить знак внимания в виде капсул с разным кофе и конфетками. Нам с подругами очень понравилось, останавливались на одну ночь.

We were in Room 1 on the backside of the house. Great location in a great neighborhood, just minutes walk from the center of the city. Nice little courtyard - would have been great if the weather was better! Inside was interesting and unique decor, yet very spacious and comfortable. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out where we could park overnight for a reasonable cost (i.e. the orange zone) - wasn't too far away, but took me quite a while to figure out where it was.

Ruime kamer met balkon (kamer 7)

Een hotel zonder receptie, het was even wennen maar het werkte goed. Contact via whatsapp verliep snel, ook om vragen te stellen en problemen op te lossen. Hotel ligt prima centraal. We sliepen in kamer zeven, heel ruim met fijne bank, keukentje en balkon.

Perfect location, amazing apartment

This was our second stay at the house of trade, although we had a different room this time, I cannot fault it; the bed is huge and so comfortable, the shower was good, it’s light and airy, very warm ( it was minus 2 outside) and the local area is great. 100% recommended

Absolutely amazing! Very easy to book and check-in upon arrival. Clear instructions of how to be in contact with the Heirloom team if there is anything you need; we contacted them for an extra sheet and someone dropped it off right away. In a quiet area but very, very close walk to the river. Get a morning coffee/tea from Simon Says, the staff is wonderful and very friendly.

I stayed for 2 nights in the suite with balconies with my 2 adult sons. We loved the huge balcony overlooking the park, the roomy living area, and especially the location. Our trip to Gent was memorable, and we would recommend the House of Trade.

Stylische Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe

Die Wohnung ist nett aufgemacht und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist schön. Allerdings existiert kein Aufzug und für jemand mit viel Gepäck ist es eine schwierig, die enge Treppe in den 2. Stock zu kommen.
