We had a wonderfully warm welcome from the reception staff, and check-in was completely seamless! While the room decor is a little dated and could use a refresh, the powerful showers and tidy bathrooms were great. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out but worked perfectly once we got the hang of them. We did find a cleaning cloth left behind in one of the beds, which was a small oversight. If you're staying on the marina side, just a heads-up that it can get a bit lively with noise from the bars until closing. Breakfast had a decent selection, and the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, it’s a great spot that just needs a little modernizing!

The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. However the hallway on the 4th floor had an extremely bad smell.tge boat is looking a bit tired, needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. The spa was good, and the staff there was also amazing. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options and fresh food. Not sure if the quality reflects the price

Great location , breakfast had a great selection. We also did the BBQ which was excellent very tasty food and excellent value. We were under the restaurant on deck 6 and unfortunately we were woke every morning between 06:15-06:10 with multi loud bangs , like something was coming through the ceiling.
