"Hotel staff including front desk, dining room, and housekeeping were wonderful! Spa products in room was not appealing in smell. Beef stronganoff was the worst ever eaten. Made with elbow macaroni, runny gravy and chewey meat. Breakfast buffet was not much better with bacon swimming in grease in chafing dish, biscuits barely cooked and fruit from a can."

"This is a great place. Great rooms, restaurant, gift shop, gas station, convenience store, and of course, the location is stunning. The rooms and beds were clean, comfy and charming. Nice toiletries, towels and fan. The stargazing here is tough to beat. We loved it. The only downside is that there is no cell service or Internet service, except inside the lodge. Yes, it's great to be "unplugged", but not very safe if you experience any emergency- medical, wildfire, storm. It would be nice to be...

"Never got to stay because of a death in the family. Neither the resort or Expedia did anything to help us. So, I imagine the cabin remained empty, while I paid $560 for nothing."
