Sorry that your expectations were not met. It would have been helpful to have provided the room that you stayed in and spoke to the managers on sight so that something could be done about some of your issues. Instead of providing negative comments about a small budget motel on line says more about you.

You didn't stay, you cancelled your booking, it is not fair that you then are allowed rate a motel you never stayed at. Karma

We have forwarded your feedback to the owner. This is a budget motel. We did tell you that we were in the process of servicing the pool when you arrived, but you did choose to use the pool. What a shame that you did not mention this on check out and felt that you had to put this on line.

Who are you? what room did you stay in? providing anonymous feedback doesn't help anyone. Did you speak with reception before you left regarding your concerns? Milk is provided on arrival? if you found you didn['t have any you could have asked for some?

Yes we were at fault unfortunately the manager did not put yhre room on the house keeping list.....unfortunately we cant be perfect all the time the guest was offered a full refund..the room was cleaned to our high standard ..we apologise for the wait to get into your room Tony

Just a note, this is a BUDGET motel and we are in Queensland so we have quite few creepy crawlies. Actually the main bulk of people who do stay with us don't go to the Zoo!
