We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We were put into a disabled room which saved climbing the stairs, however the bathroom door did not lock and swung open so offering no privacy Toilet cistern was like a jet engine starting, very noisy No room heater instructions
