"The room was spacious and comfortable for our one night stay. The bathroom sink drain was blocked but dealt with promptly by the staff and plumber. Standard buffet breakfast with several options."

A wonderful experience with warm staff
"Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience ..."
