"Guest were in the pool after midnight and was crazy noisy
Bathroom floor needs something on the floor so people don’t fall
We killed 2 spiders
Morning staff was amazing
Breakfast staff was amazing and the food was delicious"
"The check-in person was not friendly. There were bugs in the shower. The curtain was broken and didn’t close. The floors were sticky. There were no bed pillows. They were tiny square and hard. The toilet paper roll was empty with only a partial roll sitting on the counter with the towels. Oils
D definitely NOT stay here again!!"
"this place allows people to pay the price on Expedia, price line, etc which is for the price on the website, then when a person goes to check in there is more money to pay one person in front of me had to pay 75 $ deposit, then I get to the counter finally and paid thru Expedia for the room and now there is 50$ more to pay for a deposit. The reason I got and paid for the room is because I only had so much money left to my name not enough to end up paying 88$ for the room just because property manager decides each person has a different amount deposit. yes the deposit comes back to u but, Expedia amount is all a customer is suppose to be charged for the room. didn't stay never stepped foot in a room and don't get my money back. Boy do I feel like a fool loosing money over that.... generic paint job on the outside to make it look like it's better place but workers are not...not sure if cleanliness due to not seeing a room...I've never had this problem when reserving and paying ahead for the room. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT WANNA STAY BUT STILL BE SUCKED OUT YOUR MONEY."
"This was my first stay at The Farmstead and Caruthersville. The Casino was a bonus and a lot of fun. Only thing I would say that needs improvement is the Casino hours (not 24 hrs) and it's a little smaller than expected. Desiree was my Dealer and she was awesome! We played Blackjack for 2 hours on $150 each and still went home with money. It was a great time!!"
"We were traveling with an 11 pound dog so we were in a pet room. It had a very doggy smell to it. The room was clean but a deodorizer needs to be used. Also, our toliet seat was loose so we had to be careful when using it. Over all, it was fine."
