O quarto é simples e confortável, de acordo com a classificação do hotel. Uma das camas de solteiro fazia barulho ao se mexer. Durante a madrugada, devido à chuva forte, houve quedas de energia e, com o acionamento do gerador, o alarme de incêndio disparou algumas vezes, o que acabou atrapalhando o descanso é um ponto que pode ser melhorado. No mais, o quarto estava limpo, chuveiro muito bom, roupa de cama limpa, equipe sempre prestativa e café da manhã muito bom. Gostei da estadia e voltaria em outra oportunidade.

Pelo preço que pagamos, custou caríssimo.

Hotel simples, confuso, café da manhã muito fraco e o café em si, imbebível. Fomos recepcionados de forma muito apática, e o atendimento ficou muito a desejar no nosso check-in e primeiro dia. No nosso quarto, a água não esquentava. Quando pedimos ajuda, tentaram resolver mas só conseguimos tomar banho no outro dia pela manhã, quando enfim estava quente a água. No quarto que pegamos não tinham cobertores para as 3 camas, o barulho no corredor começou cedo, o que nos despertou muito antes do previsto. O anúncio dizia estacionamento no local, porém, mesmo com o prédio tendo 2 garagens, nosso carro teve que dormir na rua por falta de espaço. Chegamos depois de sair a noite e vimos pessoas sentadas na calçada, falando alto e bebendo até tarde, e, pelo fato de uma rua com pouca iluminação e muita sujeira, causou certo incômodo e receio pela segurança.

A experiência foi boa. Quando chegamos fomos deixar o carro na garagem antes do horário do check in, sem problemas. A única coisa ruim foi o espaço pra manobras de camionete que é um pouco apertado, mas guardamos e só saimos com o carro quando fomos embora, então não tivemos tantos problemas.

Meu quarto não tinha janela, p quem tem um pouco de claustrofobia não recomendo, parece quarto de motel de rodovia, estacionamento pequeno, não comporta nem metade dos hospedes, quem chega após as 18:00 horas já tem que estacionar na rua. Café da manhã é bom, pelo valor da diária, mas no local não tem ar-condicionado, então se for comer depois das 08:00 horas já está bem quente.
