Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm."

"The front desk staff member charged my card the full amount when I paid through Expedia and said they would "fix" it, they never did. The room was musty smelling, it had a wet mothball smell in the closet and I couldn't hang my clothing, and the carpet felt damp wherever you walked. There is mold in this room because I couldn't breathe well. There is no proper vent in the bathroom and no conditioner in the bathroom shower container- it definitely wasn't checked by housekeeping prior to arrival....
