The property itself is very well positioned. We stayed in an apartment on the 30th floor with excellent (though slightly obstructed) ocean views. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows were lovely. The property was very clean and for the most part very comfortable.
We felt the kitchen was poorly equipped for a 2 bed apartment. It had no bread knife, chopping board, place mats or coasters. Some of the kitchen cupboards , although modern, were poor quality and somewhat distorted and cracked. We found the bed to be uncomfortable, but it was ok for the 2 nights we stayed. We really didnt like the no-contact check in process. The Check in information only arrived 10 minutes before check-in time. We were driving and had to pull over to find out where to park. The parking instructions were unclear as there were at least three parking entrances. How we were supposed to understand that P4 means level 4 (which was below, not above, P3) and not a reference to carpark 4 I'm not sure. In trying to phone to contact number all you get is a voice message telling you to email them. That check in process is obviously more geared to benefit QStay than guest convenience.
