"We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol, a boutique-like small motel. It was our first time there. The staff was responsive to our needs and provided a quiet, charming environment. We look forward to our next visit! "
"This is a lovely, discreet hotel. Location is excellent and staff are welcoming and accommodating. I’ve stayed here before and will continue to do so as you get your money’s worth. "
"Having access to the main hotel and restaurants was ideal. The Palmoro house itself was clean however we easily heard guests in other rooms and the ac unit struggled to keep unit cool. "

Didn't see too much of it but it seemed like a nice little town. Considering how much hotels are going for in Santa Barbara proper, it was much better paying less and driving a little more to stay in Goleta.

Our trip was in Santa Barbara but we stayed in Goleta for cheaper rates. From what we saw around Hollister Ave., Goleta looked like a nice area.

Goleta has definitely changed from when I used to live in CA many years ago. More of a city feel now rather than a comfy, small town feel. Didn't really explore much, but enjoyed Goleta beach!

Goleta doesn't have much attraction. Need to drive 30 minutes or more to other surroundings big city for better entertainment.
