Location of the hotel is really good, short walk to a metro station and you can travel straight from the airport to the local station which is really handy. All the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Whenever we sat in the lobby water and glasses were brought over within minutes. ...

Beautiful hotel..great staff but was ket down by antiquated iron in the room.. no tea coffee or water in the room.. also the shower and sink totally blocked causing flooding and no phone in room to call reception... could do much better in the smaller things that make a huge difference
