"Front desk staff were excellent. They were friendly, informative and accommodating.
I had asked for early checkin between noon and 1pm through the Bonvoy app, and this request was granted. We were able to get a room right away when we arrive at 12:30.
Later in the day, I needed a day use pass printed for the Lake Superior Provincial Park so that we could go directly to the trailhead instead of the Park office for our permit. The front desk staff printed the pass happily.

"This is a great value stay. The rooms are clean, staff are efficient and the breakfast is better than average for a value hotel.
The TV is a little old (non HD) and there was a fairly strong perfume smell that i think was a little too strong at first but i got used to it.
Overall really good value for the money. This is the downtown area and i get the reviews that said things were stolen from their car in the parking lot.... but you leave visible bags or valuables in your car and they'll...
