Great Service all around

Great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was well stocked and very convenient for us on the move. We were very impressed with it all and will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Graham again

Staff was good but room was leaking from ac it was wetting all carpet from ac to first bed . Making It unsafe and uncomfortable because could not walk by there .i had called front desk and they stated they knew about it but couldn’t do anything . Monday was around 8 am and there was no breakfast yet . Where it states breakfast. I feel like I over payed for what I had gone through this experience . Not good on customer service on this issues of offer anything to compensate issue . They just said we know about it . From 6am -9am

It was clean staff was friendly not a bunch of walking to get to the room there was an accurate towl in the bathroom when we got there my daughter had a rough night and they offered milk and if we need anything and they'll do their best to help with what we needed and very understanding
