There was a plumbing issue, but they dealt with it acceptably. You get what you pay for...We got a reasonably clean night's stay. It will do.

Bed was comfortable. Room looked to have had some type of upgrades but was very dirty, curtain didn’t fully cover the whole window so we used shoes to keep it closed. Had built it electric burners to cook if needed. It’s located near many fast food places so lots of options.

We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable

It works for a one-night get there late and get up early stay. It was inexpensive through Expedia. The remodel was poorly done. We need an inexpensive night sleep and are not terribly picky...It works

No coffee pot on premises anywhere, dirty shower floor with pubic hairs on floor. No hand towels, room smelled like weed, as did most of property. Grass hadn't been cut in weeks, Floors hadn't been cleaned in forever. No breakfast of any kind. Pathetic. Sidewalk driveway in terrible condition

Good for overnight stay. Lamps for night reading or study at the nice desk were not there. A small night light would have been convenient for an old man. Most have a coffee maker in the room (not there) :-/. We have to go to this area every couple weeks for the next 5 months. We will be back and pleased to do so.

Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site.

I had to change rooms because the one I booked smelled like smoke. And checked out after 30 minutes because I was too sketched out. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and pillows had stains all over them. The door had been kicked in at one time and was just stapled back up instead being properly fixed. And I was only able to gat a partial refund from the hotels app.
