"I've been staying here for 9+ years every time I travel to Nica. Not only is it close to the airport, it is also quiet, you don't hear the noise from city. For the first time I used their taxi service for Airport drop off & it was very much reliable & affordable. Only downside, on a personal level. I wish they would have blackout curtains instead, all the light from the outside reflects in the room & I have to be in pitch black darkness to get good sleep, other than that I love staying here & will continue to do so."

"Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners."

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. A special thank-you goes to Daniela Ruiz and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond in assisting us with planning day trips and excursions. Their recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to help made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently within walking distance of shops, local markets, restaurants, and many of Granada’s attractions, making it easy to experience the culture and charm of the city without needing transportation for every outing. The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a full day of exploring. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely return to Hotel Plaza Colon on my next visit to Nicaragua. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service."
