"Staff were very helpful online sending me information amidst a very stressful travel day. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean & spacious for one person. Walls are very thin could hear people outside of the door. Hair dryer was very weak. Perfect location, so close to everything."

"Da vi ankom var der ingen i receptionen. Måtte bruge tid på at ringe til flere forskellige numre ingen vi fik kontakt og vi kunne komme ind. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse. Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte lade aircondition køre på max hele natten for at holde varmen. Hele hotellet var koldt. Toilettet var så lille, at når man sad på Toilettet kunne døren ikke lukkes. "I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. On the other hand, service was not ideal in that i called the hotel a few weeks before coming to request a twin room with 2 beds instead of a double to which the guy on the phone said ok.
