"Fantastic gem in the heart of Geneva. Our original booking for another hotel got cancelled so we stumbled across this property as an alternative and we are so happy we did! Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! "

"It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. "By my mistake, we booked this property for 2 people vs. 3 required as my daughter was staying with us for 2 of the 4 nights. We discovered the error when we arrived. For a room rented for a little more than $200 a night, we were charged an incremental $75 for 4 nights for two sheets, a pillow, and a towel that were only used for 2 of the 4 nights. Overall, the place is nice, but the sitting area is a bit tired. Couch quite stained etc. Bathroom is also a bit dated. Neighbors upstairs are...
