"The room was initially clean. We used two of the glasses provided and when we returned, they were placed on a torn towel on the desk. It was just weird! Pool area was immaculate as was the lobby."

"We had the best experience here! All the staff were super friendly and the suite we had was very clean and well maintained.. The only thing I would have changed is the breakfast selection. Other than that we really enjoyed out stay and will be going back."

"They don't clean the rooms until after 3 nights of being there and even after the third night they didn't. When we questioned why they didn't clean they said it had to be requested. No one told us this when we originally asked. We ran out of toilet paper and when we called they told us we had to ..."
