Yes the hotel is dated definitely not contemporary..look out for the bird pictures. the gold bobble wall decorations, the few steps up to first floor ( not sure how that worked!), the fish tank and the school hall looking breakfast room...but....the rooms are very clean, towels clean, great simple breakfast (lovely waffles) and all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again

Great location to Cyclopark being only a short drive away - hotel is a bit dated but is clean and rooms are comfy and spacious - breakfast wasn’t brilliant with choices and freedom to have croissants etc - cooked breakfast was ok though - it is a budget hotel though - lovely quiet area and great views over the lake - friendly staff.
