Best value in great bend. They have put money into making this a nice place to stay with everything working and a newer tv plus a fridge for a very low price. Would recommend to anyone coming to great bend

I’m a travel nurse who has stayed in many properties and I must say this one has been the biggest surprise. At $40/night I expected it to be much less than it was. The owner is gracious and takes pride in her service and property. The rooms are clean. The daily maid service is excellent. And the rooms have very good sound resistance. I will be staying here for all my future contracts nearby.

Cheap stay. Comfortable. Beware of the lobby.

Cheap. Did the job. No frills. Check in process was smooth and easy but I do have warn people about the obviously highly smoked in lobby. Strong stale cigarette smell that was unpleasant. The room was fine though.

If you're wanting a very basic place to stay, don't have lofty expectations, don't mind seeing roaches in your room or maintenance issues that haven't been properly addressed, this is your place. I mean, you do get what you pay for. As for me, I won't be staying here again unless nothing else is available.
