"The room was dirty and the furniture was very worn and tatty. I checked in at 9 pm and the hotel was clearly pretty empty. Breakfast was very small and expensive. My son went golfing in the morning, but despite this very rude front desk staff member kicked me out of my room at 11am wanting to 50 GBP to stay another couple of hours. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom. If you are used to higher standards, avoid this hotel."

"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well! Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but...

"What a beautiful place to stay. Lovely hotel and grounds, easy access into Tring and surrounding countryside. We had a superior room with garden view - lovely room, nice amount of space, lovely bed and bathroom and partial views of the garden (room 344) 2 lads behind the bar were great, they certainly were kept busy as hotel is popular. "This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel.
