Lumley Castle Hotel
Staff were great room was a little disappointing for what was paid for it there was no cold water in shower and unable to turn tv over to a different channel

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
The shower was the worst shower in a hotel I’ve ever had. Quite disappointed in this key function of a bathroom, whilst away from home. Would not look to book again
