"Nice breakfast options, friendly staff. However, check in process wasn’t very smooth as they did not know whether we paid beforehand and questioned it even after showing her the receipt. The bed was quite small - small double - there was also dead bugs on the wall which made the room a little uncomfortable. "

"Lovely modern hotel in a great location. The room was a generous size. The bathroom had a huge shower. Breakfast was included and was excellent - especially the scrambled eggs! Yum! Staff were really kind and professional. There’s a good bar, a bit pricy - but that’s to be expected. Parking is discounted to £25 and only a two minute walk away. Everything in Canterbury is so close - it’s an absolutely lovely city. This hotel is the perfect spot."

"The primary purpose of a hotel is to sleep away from home. Do not skimp on pillows and mattresses. Theirs were lumpy, old, worn, instituional. I would expect a higher standard in prison or Butlins. It's a relatively quick a cheap fix, please sort it out."

"No where to park for drop off, being so close to the airport, there are double red lines everywhere. We hope we dont get a £100 parking charge!!"
