Great stay and next to the beach 10/10

The check in was fast, efficient and very welcoming. The standard was well above for what I paid for the hotel, the decor was new and the bar area was very nice. Totally safe and right on the beach. 10/10

Our week away

Well we enjoyed our stay a fair Sea view we had which was pleasant close to sea front and other attractions. Could do with a window or better air vent in the bathroom but yes clean and tidy. Any thing we asked for we was given so enjoyed hopefully be back

The staff where amazing and really plite room was outstanding only thing that up set uese was the shower couldn't really have a shower because the water leaked over and on to the floor so didn't have a good shower but over all the stay was lovely thanks again

The hotel was dirty, and smelly. Abd is in desperate need of a proper decoration, not the substandard, slapdash effect that had been made, the bed was so uncomfortable, we woke up with aches and pains, nothing about the hotel was nice,

Stay at majestc

Host nickie was excellent, she seemed to be a one man band , if she did have help then they worked quietly in the background, nothing seemed any bother to her , she sorted her hotel duties with total efficiency. Even down to sorting a party out with some help. If we had any complaints the mattress needs some attention, plus somewhere to put clothes when changing, possibly a chair, shower needs a shelf to put your soaps and flannel on.

Location is very convenient and closed to all the local attractions. Kettle & Coffee/Tea was a plus. Would be nice to have a hairdryer on the room as well. WiFi didn’t work at all, probably because of some many doors and stairs up and down. We had to go though 5 doors and go up and downstairs a couple of times to reach the room. Quite a labyrinth!

The shower was hanging off the wall the broken bathroom cabinet over wash basin meant you could not reach basin to brush your teeth. There was blood on the sheets. There was a nail sticking up on the bathroom floor. Staff were friendly.

the downstairs in the hotel looks like it’s had some work done to it but overall The hotel needs a good makeover. Rooms drab & mucky. Very I’ll equipped. Bathroom very bad. Staff friendly

Hotel needs an upgrade

Stayed in room 56, bathroom in need a big upgrade it's falling apart, the shower hose was coming off the wall, mold all around bath/sink. Toilet was brown didn't think it's seen a clean in long time. Bed was at least comfortable, couldn't wait till to leave. In the morning the guy at reception asked how it was and i told him, his reply was give me a good review and I'll refund some money. No thanks mate people need to know it's a crap hole.
