"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. "The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options."

"Multiple issues with this property. The second hey box wouldn’t open, so only had one key. The heat wouldn’t turn off making it very stuffy at all times. The showers had so little pressure they just dripped and we had to wash hair in sinks. The basement one was the worst. Location is great. It’s a quiet street but walkable to much. Adequate space and bedrooms. However the property needs much work and good luck if you need help- no one returned my call from the first night we arrived. "
