"Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. It was alot of money. The included breakfast buffet was very good. Free valet parking was a great add on for me. Literally was right across from another Divani and amarilitta. Both cheaper would recommend those instead of here. It was a nice place just expen For what you get. "

"Amazing Resort, de food is outstsnding and the service staff very lovely. I got a free upgrade to seaview with my own pool instead of own pool without seaview. Cause of the locations of the room you don't have sun for too long in October on your terrasse which I found very sad, about lunchtime will be shade, but pool still in the sun. "Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them..."
