"I was a solo traveler staying here for 3 nights. The morning after my first night stay, a random man used a key card and opened my door while I was laying in my bed without any clothes. I was so fortunate to put the chain lock on since I was traveling alone. He ran off. Staff showed no sympathy and instead advised they need to check the camera to see if it actually happened and will contact ASAP. I ended up leaving. A week has gone by and no one reached out still. "

"The staff was fantastic. Christopher, the bellhop manager was the best he was so accommodating. He was so friendly. My only issue is that we got a smoking room and although I understand, it’s very hard to get rid of smoke smell when a new customer goes into a smoking room for the first time there should be some type of ventilation or strong or air fresheners because when we walked into the room, it had a very very strong smoke odor still. Most of the hotels that I go to that are smoking rooms do not smell like smoke when we go in also, Vic and Anthony’s restaurant most of the food was delicious but the steaks were terrible and they’re very expensive and for that price they should have some kind of flavor."
