"Some of the laundry and dryer machines are not working. We need to ask the staff to dry it for us. Front desk at night ( the guy) was not helpful. He doesn’t like it when someone is ringing the bell. Wifi is not good either. Only 2 gadgets can connect into the wifi. When its time for me to do some of my work in my laptop even I disconnected my phone already still cannot go thru. When i asked the front desk, he said you should connect and keep trying."

"There were a couple of small problems with our room when we checked in but the hotel staff were happy to try and help correct them. The breakfast was busy and out of most items the second day of our stay, so going earlier is probably better. The newly renovated rooms felt much cleaner than some other hotels we stayed at. The staff were all kind and helpful which made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay."

However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."
