"It is a bit dated, in a way, but also kind of retro. Nice sized room. Very comfortable beds. Love the real wood paneling. If we come back down there next year, we will definitely stay there again"

"Desk clerk/Manager very helpful &kind. Unfortunately, property is poorly maintained roadside motel. I've stayed at a number of excellent roadside motels...this is the opposite. Ice machine been broken for a while, dirty kitchen closet, marked walls, number of burnt bulbs in the room, acceptabley clean room and linnens."

"This place is not even up and running. Just a sign that says “no rooms available, under construction.” Yet you took my money and made me think myself and my children had a place to stay. You are disgraceful!!"

"It was very clean, I felt the comfort the moment I entered the room. The staff was the most friendly and accomadating that I have ever met. SUMMERS INN IS ON MY SPEED DIAL WHENEVER I NEED A PLACE TO STAY IN SUMMERSVILLE, W.VA! I PRAY GOD'S BLESSING ON THIS HOTEL!"
