The hostesses and manager were excellent the problem was is that they are under construction pool was shutdown and the gym. And it wasn’t posted and they didn’t tell me. But they dif give me a refund and no penalties. Call ahead to make sure amenities are working

Great Stay!

The people at the front desk were very sweet, and the lady who was there in the morning was extremely apologetic when she found out that our room smelled like cigarettes. Besides the slight smell of a smoker, the room was very clean and cozy for the night

I was lied to this past Friday when me and my wife went to get our room changed from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. The guy who was at the from desk told me and my wife that we'd be put in a room that had double queen beds and it was twin beds instead and we couldn't change rooms again because they were booked up for the night. We were return customers but won't be coming back

Room was in total disrepair. Bath was dirty. Cracked tile, door wouldnt close, light worked intermittently. Flooring in room was delaminated. Doors and drawers on furniture wouldn't close. When you sat on the couch you sank to the floor and needed help to get out. Best Western should be ashamed to have this location as part of their chain

The property is under construction for sure. The room we had was ok but the shower dropped, breakfast not my favorite, no gym facility, looks like under construction but definitely would have preferred a better room based on ratings and prepaying. I think we got what was left. Bathroom for sure vey outdated, dirty and needs to be presentable when having guests
