"The staff was excellent--Adrohan and the ladies took care of us and were gracious. The real challenge was arriving at the property. There is ongoing construction, so getting in and out was challenging. It took a bit to understand the parking across the street. "

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough! To start off the location was excellent and there was nothing more than a 10 to 15 minute walk. The train station was right across the street and even with the construction going on it was very simple and less than five minutes to walk to. The hotel itself was fabulous. We stay at a lot of Hampton Inn in America in Canada and this was the best one by far I have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and our entire five nights. We had our room cleaned every day and got to enjoy the delicious breakfast. This is a must hotel to stay at if you’re in the Belfast area."

"The staff (front desk, restaurant, bar) were all excellent. Friendly, professional, willing to go the extra step. The food I had (two breakfasts, two lunches) was very good; fresh and well presented. What was far less appealing was the property itself. It's an historic building but for some reason management has decided to run with a "hip/moody/verging on bordello" vibe. Beginning with the elevator, on thru the halls and into the room I occupied, the lighting was almost nonexistent. This was particularly annoying in my room. While the entire place may be antiseptically clean, this low lighting and dark colors and some needs-replacing drapery and upholstery, makes it feel like it needs cleaning.
