The stay at the Royalton was very unpleasant, the staff have one speed which is slow and you’re lucky if you get a drink at the Martini Bar. Waited over an hour for a drink, had to go upstairs to Scores for a drink. Overall the property was very well maintained but the staff was not pleasant at all. ...
