"The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very dark for sleeping without light penetrating the curtains or the door, and the room was very quiet. We were able to make the room very cold and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. We made use of the microwave and refrigerator after bringing back restaurant leftovers a couple times. The included breakfast is always a nice touch. I wake up hungry and don't like to try to figure out where I'm going to find breakfast out in...

"Well the elevator was out and the hall ways and stair wells have no ac. Lugging the bags for a family of three, one being a two year old was very difficult. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly."
