"Die Lage der Cottages ist natürlich super. Man hört nur die Vögel und das mehr. Wir hatten 2 Cottages mit unseren Teenagern gebucht, konnten diese jedoch nicht nebeneinander bekommen, da anscheinend die rechte Haushälfte immer superior ist. Wir hatten also Nummer 6 und 8. Das Interieur erschien schon etwas betagt - abgestoßene Kanten an der Küchenzeile, Bodenleisten etc. Die zwei Sessel waren da, wo man sich zum hochkommen abstützt regelrecht speckig, die Rollos abgewetzt, bei unseren Kindern...

"This apartment is clean and functional. However, a few things to be aware of:-
- the view and location is not ideal - whilst it has a "sea view", it is actually partly a harbour view, and partly looking at a harbour wall and tonnes of aggregate in bags. It's much more industrial than the pictures would have you think. The location is also in a street with derelict buildings, and isn't on the side of town with the mountain in the background.

"The property surroundings were beautiful and picturesque! My kids enjoyed the play structures/trampoline and exploring the hills behind the property. It also served as a great location for exploring the peninsula. We were all disappointed that the advertised hot tub was broken - it would have been nice to have been warned as such or compensated in some way as this was an amenity we were all looking forward to."

"Prices in Iceland are high. This was comparable. Nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the kitchenette. Plates and settings. Microwave and refrigerator. Pictures did not represent the room. Nicer! Restaurant was very good! Family enjoyed the food- prices again are high in Iceland but well thought out ingredients and taste. Comparable pricing. Big drink selection. Caution. No elevator. 3 flights of stairs."
