Modest hotel in a lively neighborhood

Hotel nearby have convinence store, Macdonald, small walking street for some local stuff shopping, due to hotel build without good voice isolation, so even we are in 7th floor still very noisy, no metro nearby either. Only can say is easy for finding food and daily living necessary. Room are ok, staff speak little bit of English.

The hotel is nice but none of the staff speaks English which is very frustrating for international travelers. The front desk staff is also not helpful with calling taxis for the guest, which I think is a big downside to this hotel. Other hotels in China does this for their guest but this one does not. Do not get the room rate that says that breakfast is included because the breakfast is a sandwich from McDonalds. It's such a waste of extra money.

Ok for the money

This hotel is ok, clean and right next to local area shopping. Staff are nice and the room is clean and comfortable. The biggest problem they have that the hotel is right next door to a street shopping area. the have the music so loud (extremely loud from noon to 12am every day. its very difficult almost imposable to get rest with much noise. If they have room available on the other side of the hotel then its ok, but at the time of the canton fair its very had to find. The staff are nice and want to do good and offer to help in an way they can.

ninguém fala inglês,esepto 0 gerente que encontrei uma vez.a localização e ruim,nao tem metro perto.cafe da manha te dao um vale de o equivalente a 3 reais e te mandam para o mdonalds,melhor dizer que não tem café da manha.

Nice hotel in a messy neighborhood

Hotel staff and service are of good standard, though only one or two of them can communicate in English,but they embody the spirit of service and eager to respond to your concerns.hotel is neat and well maintained, but in a messy surrounding.taxi is tough to come by especially in the afternoon.

訂房時與 hotel.com 的相片跟本不一樣美麗的相片其實是另一分店的,還有訂房時hotel.com 綱頁說有早餐的,但酒店跟本沒有餐廰,位置很不方便附近完全沒食肆,地鐵站很遠出入都要搭的士.下次一定不會再選這酒店.

窓がないのがちょっと気になりましたが、それ以外は、とても快適でした。交通の便がよく、広州駅からバスで１０分位で、下車したすぐ前にホテルがあり、すごくよかったです。
