"Hôtel bien situé, mais ma chambre n’était pas chauffée alors que j’ai dû gratter mon pare brise le matin en partant. Mais à la réception on m’a dit que le chauffage etait coupé car c’était le printemps😅Sinon dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est correct "

"The check in procedure is ridiculous. Climbing over piled up snow to reach the key box which is located away from the building. Somehow towels and sheets are NOT included. They charge extra. And they its cheaper to buy them new than rent them. What an over complicated stay and waste of time."
