"After a slightly turbulent check-in process, which was fixed quickly and nicely by the Mint Customer Service folks, I arrived to find a brand new, sparkling clean, Studio apartment in a great location in downtown Tampa. Super comfortable, excellent amenities including a nicer kitchen than my own home, complete with washer and dryer and a balcony overlooking downtown. All of this at roughly 30% less per night than any of the local hotels I normally stay in. Highly recommended if you're staying...

"Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that...

"Stayed for a weekend. Room was clean. Top floor room needs soundproofing. Not because of the airplanes, but rather the hallway and next door neighbors. Great stay overall."
