"Airport shuttle took almost an hour to come to pick me up, the room (I had to change 3, first door didn’t work, second black out curtains broken and a/c very noise and stinky, third just stinky) but I was exhausted after 12 hours flight, one hour waiting at the airport and one hour to find a better room. The following day was a surprise founding just a cup of coffee edible, the poor selection and quality of breakfast was ridiculously low. A big shame for a property making part of the Wyndham's...

"Poolside cushions worn, underneath sectional empty drink cans, bar /restaurant opened, woman serving was unfriendly, food was good, she was on her phone and eating leaning against the bar, other staff excellent especially front desk woman, room spotless and room very comfortable also appreciated the upgrade. Checked in at 12 was appreciated thank you and we would certainly come back and recommend this hotel "

"The hotel itself is pretty central, sadly the street it is on is incredibly sketchy. As soon as it got dark there were terrifying screams coming from across the street, but the staff did mention at check in that they close the front doors at 9 pm! We definitely found out why. But going back to the staff, very cold and short in their interactions. The room was super humid and musty, the carpet was dirty, and the windows were covered in layers of dirt you could barely see the view. The only saving...

"Breakfast was great and the place was a perfect location to Bourbon st. Dislikes: beds were double and not queens. No hand soap in bathroom or shower. Requested that the bottle be refilled since were given to us empty. Front desk said that they would send someone up with more and no one showed up. Next day when we asked again was told hotel was out of soap which seems hard to believe being a large hotel. No parking available but advertised one spot per reservation would be available. End up...

"We have stayed here in the past and the experience was excellent. This visit we checked in early room was ready but front desk attendant was rude rolled her eyes at us just not an example employee for hospitality service this my opinion."

"What a gem! We loved our stay at Driftwood Inn. Rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed all the Purple Martins that live there.We will be back."

"when Hilton renovated the property, it would have been worth their time to touch up the reused furniture/bathroom cabinets etc to make the renovation look complete. "
