"The person that checked me in was polite and professional. While I was checking in, 2 ladies came back inside and said it was raining. He told them to wait right there and brought back an umbrella for them. The facilites were clean and everyone was respectful of the rules. Bed was comfortable. My pod had a locking cabinet, but even if it didnt people had their luggage and shoes left outside their pods. I felt like my belongings were safe. Great price. Great service. Great place. I'll come.back for sure."

"I think this is a fantastic hotel in Toronto. Its location is wonderful. They have parking for guests and it's right in that Middle Lane of being better than a very cheap hotels and not missing much compared to the very expensive ones. The staff are outstanding. First and foremost, they are wonderful people and are able to accommodate many things. I would 100% stay here again. If I had to find something to complain about I would love it if the mattress was a bit more comfortable. And that is truly just something for me. We slept well all three nights. Got food delivered. Rode the train, the tram and the bus. My biggest fear is that this review will make the hotel too popular and the price is go up. "
